I
am Pamela Santiago, a PhD holder in Psychology. At the same time I am the
author for the book Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Management, Journey of
a thousand miles and in the midst of writing my latest book – A moment in your
heartbeat. Writing is my passion and psychology is my research. I love to
research on human mind and behavior because our brains are wired to find things
we’re looking for – if you’re always cynical or waiting for things to go wrong,
and then your life will reflect that. On the other hand, having a positive
outlook on life will bring you joy and provide you with inspiration when you
least expect it. What inspires me on that? There are a lot of things that can
provide inspiration – seeing other people accomplish great things, seeing other
people overcome adversity, hearing inspirational quotes from great people; even
the sheer beauty of nature can remind us just how lucky we are to be alive. My
blog covers all this including healthy lifestyle and creating connection with
God. We must always remember no matter how educated or wealthy we are, these
are the gifts given by the most high, our beloved God. We come from him and return
back to him. So live humbly, peaceful and enjoy the gifts given by God and this
beautiful life. Let’s create memories together for when we stand before God at
the end of our life, we should have used every single bit of talent that was
given to us.
“If
you ask what the single most important key to longevity is, I would have to say
it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn’t ask me, I’d still
have to say it.”
